You want planning reliability for your vacation and your quality expectations to be met or even outranged. To disburden your decision we are very proud to present you the following awards that we recently received. At this point we would like to thank our guests, partners and employees whose engagement made these awards possible.
Awardee of the "Grand Prix of medium-sized enterprises“ 2006
In 2006 the TRIHOTEL received the „Grand Prix of medium-sized enterprises” besides three other companies from Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.
106 companies from Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania and 2790 companies throughout Germany were nominated for the most important German economy award. The TRIHOTEL received the award for outstanding entrepreneurial performances on 23 Septembre 2006 in Magdeburg.
TOP Apprenticing Company 2007
In March 2008 the TRIHOTEL was granted the title of
TOP Apprenticing Company 2007
by the Rostock Chamber of Industry and Commerce. With an exemplary apprenticeship we enable young people a succesfull career start.
German Wellness Association (Very good)
Auditing experts have checked our wellness quality via mystery check in October 2008. Detailed test criteria as the wellness orientation of the entire hotel, hygiene, health protection, equipment, professional service, service quality and price-performance ratio were in focus. The evaluation result was grade „very good“, which is valid until October 2010.
Approved Kneipp-Bathing by ´Kneipp Worldwide´
The International Confederation of the Kneipp-Movement and Kneipp Worldwide certify that all technical and personnal preconditions for kneippism are fulfilled by the TRIHOTEL.
TUI HOLLY Award 2005
TUI yearly awards the 100 most popular holiday hotels out of 5000 partner hotels. As only hotel guests decide about which hotel deservers the donation “TUI-HOLLY-Hotel”, it is a total guest award. Via voluntary TUI- questionaires our guests made the TRIHOTEL to a worldwide „top of the list“-hotel in the matter of guest satisfaction.
Neckermann PRIMO Award 2005
Also Thomas Cook AG honours the 100 most popular holiday hotels of its partner hotels worldwide with the Neckermann PRIMO. This is a guest award as well which is given on basis of voluntary guest surveys. In 2005 we were double prize winners of the both most important German travel business. WE are especially proud about the fact that we won the PRIMO twice in a row. For us it is a sign of constant guest satisfaction in spite of growing requirements.
Stiftung Warentest (Good)
"Stiftung Warentest" is a non-profit German consumer organisation conducting independant tests. In the year 2003 Stiftung Warentest picked 335 German hotels with wellness offers and accomplished close tests with the 22 best of them. The TRIHOTEL ranked fourth in Germany and received the overall assessment „Good“. Especially our Beauty-Salon was praised and gained grade 1.1 (A). This prize makes us incredibly proud as Stiftung Warentest is the hardest independent institution for quality check in Germany and deserves the highest level of credibility.
VDR Certified Hotel
Der Verband-Deutsches-Reisemanagement (VDR) (Association of Germany Travel Management) offers business travellers and travel managers planning reliability when booking a VDR-certified hotel. The VDR certifies those hotels which meet fixed business travel standards as mobile telephone availability, parking spaces on premise, internet access, working space in the rooms, credit card acceptance, continental breakfast on request, check in from 15.00 pm and further 50 criteria.
Viabono
VIABONO Award
For the second time we got awarded from „Viabono – enjoy travelling naturally“ for expamplary environmental orientation. Members and partners of Viabono are excelent hotels, the most important tourist boards, the Federal Nature Conservation Agency, and important German travel companies like Deutsche Bahn AG (German Railways) and the German Automobil Association.

The service team of the TRIHOTEL once again showed its decoration skills on the exhibition GASTRO in 2007. Our team won the audiences favour and ranked first place. The panel of experts was convinced as well and rewarded the presentation with the 2nd rank. We improved our ranking from 2005 (1. rank audience, 3e improved our ranking from 2005 (1. rank audience, 3. rank expert panel).
